SDRS™ (Subsurface Dune Restoration System)
Technical Data

• The SRS (strap restraint system) is attached to the CAT (crest anchor tube) which is a large diameter PVC pipe (filled with sand) installed in a trench above and landward of the highest row of ProTecCell containers.
  
• The FTS (fluid transfer system) is a PVC sand slurry filling manifold which is inserted through the SRS (strap restraint system) straps within the ProTecCell containers.
• S.D.R.S™ can be engineered to any height but is always graded at a patented 3 to 1 angle for maximal wave protection.
  
• PerfectPore™ fabric is used to make SDRS environmentally invisible since water will flow though the material and sand within.
  
• PerfectPore™ allows rooting of sea oats and dune vegetation directly through the sand into the fabric for fast holds capable of surviving storms better than sand alone.
